This is the moment when I realise the value of what I had learned doing a project for Farmlands/Our Land and Water National Science Program. The project was called Barriers to Environmental Change Part 1.
I talked to many farmers in this discovery phase and was struck by a feeling of overwhelm by the farmers. Applying my design lens, I wondered if we could help address overwhelm by moving away from farmer to farmer and farmer to government negativity.
