Governance

I am challenging but respectful and a committed team player.

Approach

Organisations are calling out for more diversity around the governance table. We are familiar with gender and culture being central to diversity, but very little meaningful conversation has occurred around the strengths of neurodiverse individuals.

Critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, technical literacy, and initiative have been recently recognised as some of the 21st-century skills deemed to be necessary in our changing world. As a fully functioning dyslexic, I can bring those skills to your board.
